Howard would rather die than have to work another shift at the local gas station. Little does he know, tonight, that might be a possibility... While working the 3 AM shift at Mountaineer Gas, Howard is slowly drifting towards dreamland. Everything seems peaceful until the door chime goes off. Then twice. Then thrice. The catch is, there's no one there! Howard goes to investigate, only to be shaken to his core when a g-gh-ghost pops out of the chime! Will Howard survive the night, or become the next ghost haunting the gas station?

The idea for this story came to me while working a retail job. I was working at a store that had a small plastic box at the door that would make a sound every time a customer would walk in. One day someone accidentally kicked it and caused it to face the wall next to it, which made it go off over and over. I was alone in the store at the time, so I had this spooky yet playful idea.
